Residential Property Inspections

A standard home inspection, or residential property inspection,  is a visual examination of all major systems and components of the home. This is a non-exhaustive, visual only inspection of the home to create a clear image of the overall condition of the property. On average, it takes approximately 3 hours to do the inspection depending on the size of the home. A detailed report of my findings will be ready in 48 hours after the inspection is complete.

Commercial Property Inspections

A commercial property inspection is the same as a residential inspection except a residential inspection is for a single family homes and commercial property is anything more than that.
